Introduction
Thoracolumbar Fascia(TLF) Exam: is a POCUS form of musculoskeletal(MSK) Ultrasonography in real time.
1. Assess and Diagnose specific and non specific low back pain issues and conditions.
2. Recommend additional medical imaging and or diagnostics.
3. Recommend over the counter medication or prescription pain medication.
4. Recommend daily exercise and or thoracolumbar fascia spine rehabilitation.
5. Maintain spine health & injury preventative radiology.
6. Value Based Care(VBC). Capture, Record, Measure Patient Progress.
